A graduate of Aiken High School, Rob began pursuing a business degree at the University of Cincinnati before transitioning into a full-time role at UPS to provide for his growing family. For a decade, he dedicated himself to the transportation industry. But at 28, he embraced the call to entrepreneurship, motivated by a desire for greater freedom, time with his family, and the chance to impact lives on a larger scale.
That decision transformed his future. Over the past 21 years, Rob has built a thriving career as an Independent Agent with LegalShield, specializing in Small Business Solutions and family services. His work now spans all 50 states and most provinces in Canada. Recognized as Midwest Leader of the Year in 2020, Rob is also a national trainer and speaker, celebrated for his storytelling and authenticity. His influence has earned him a place in LegalShield’s Millionaires Club, a reflection of both his success and his dedication to service.

Rob’s vision of impact extends beyond his business. In 2014, he co-led DreamBuilders University, a youth development program that empowered troubled youth with critical life skills and mentorship. This experience, combined with his entrepreneurial success, inspired him to found Great Lives Impact LLC, where he empowers leaders through coaching, speaking, and training.
As a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team and a Transformational and Relationship Life Coach, Rob is committed to helping men and women break bondages, strongholds, and limiting beliefs so they can rise into their true calling and destiny.
